CalNote is a notepad-style calculator that runs entirely in your browser. We are committed to being transparent about what data we collect and how we use it.
Your calculations and data stay on your device. All boards, variables, and settings are stored in your browser's local storage and are never sent to our servers.
CalNote does not require an account, login, or any personal information to use. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information.
We use the following anonymous analytics services to understand how the app is used and to improve the experience:
CalNote uses local storage (not cookies) to save your boards, theme preference, and active board selection. This data never leaves your browser.
Our analytics services may use cookies or similar technologies for anonymous session tracking. These do not contain personal information and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Anonymous analytics data is only accessible to the CalNote team through the analytics platforms listed above.
Your local data (boards, settings) is stored in your browser until you clear it. Anonymous analytics data is retained according to each service provider's standard retention policies.
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data to access, correct, or delete. You can clear all CalNote data at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for the app domain.
CalNote does not knowingly collect any information from children. The app does not require an account and does not collect personal data from any user regardless of age.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "last updated" date.
If you have questions about this privacy policy, you can reach us at info@calnote.eu.
